This Bank is fully aware of our projects, and has made a previous evaluation of the lots. The Bank is granting financing loans: In dollars with a 7, 75% interest rate - 8 payments for a 20-year term; and in Colons, with a 21% interest rate - 10 payments for a 30-year term.
